Is there documentation as far as the connection parameters to use with this driver? I'm having trouble configuring a connection.

Here is an information about connection parameters:

For example, if you started the server with a command
Code:
dbeng9 -n ServerName c:\test.db -n DBName

you must use the following connection string (Database key of the TSQLConnection Params property)
Code:
ENG=ServerName;DBN=DBName
